Every number traces to real comments
If we show you that refund complaints are up 18%, you can open the comments that make up that 18%. A number without its evidence is a guess, and we do not ship guesses.
Kingsclap started with a question from a business that had done everything right on paper. They collected reviews on every listing, sent a survey after every visit, and ran a busy support inbox. They had thousands of comments. When asked what customers were most unhappy about, nobody could answer with confidence.
The comments were split across tools and teams. The dashboards showed averages that barely moved. The one branch with a real problem, and the one delivery partner behind most late orders, were invisible inside the totals. Replies to reviews depended on who remembered.
We built Kingsclap to turn that pile into a short, ordered list of what to fix first, with the customer’s own words attached to every item, and to close the loop by showing whether the fix worked.

The biggest theme is often praise, or a mild annoyance. We weigh growth and harm alongside volume, and we show the weights so you can disagree with them.
Drafting is where AI saves hours. Sending is where a business speaks to its customer. That step stays with someone on your team, always.
Charts exist in Kingsclap, but the main screen is a list you can act on this week.
We will never post a reply to your customer without a person approving it.
We do not solicit, filter or suppress reviews. Kingsclap helps you understand them and respond.
Send us an export of reviews, survey answers or tickets. On the demo we sort it live and show you what we would fix first, with the comments behind every theme.
